Community Accommodation
We believe everyone deserves to have a roof over their head, yet we understand how hard it can be finding a rental, let alone afford the repayments. That’s why Accordwest partner with the WA State Government to offer Community Housing to peoples of the South West. Properties are available in Bunbury and Margaret River to people who meet eligibility criteria. You’ll need to register with the Department of Communities and tick ‘yes’ where asked to be housed by a community housing provider. This will ensure that you are placed on the Joint Wait List between Department of Communities and all other community housing organisations (including us) and increase your chance of getting accommodation sooner.

A safe-haven for single women who find themselves without a place to call home.
Available for people aged 17 – 25, our number one priority is your wellbeing.
We partner with WA State Government to offer housing in Bunbury & Margaret River.
